Wycombe Dental Hub

High Wycombe | Buckinghamshire

The Wycombe Dental Hub is a regeneration project that aimed to restore life back into a prominent corner site within the centre of High Wycombe. The three-storey building was unoccupied for several years with the external appearance becoming an eye sore. The project brief introduced a dental practice at ground and first floor and two residential apartments on the second floor. To revive the appearance of the building and to re-establish its prominence within the high street, design features such as open gap cladding and larger window openings were included to enhance the relationship of the building and the public realm.
