Working closely with the developer, the former office building in Slough was converted and extended to provide 21 apartments over three floors, whilst retaining the accommodation at ground floor for commercial occupiers. The new third floor extension allowed for additional residential units, with balconies to the rear to provide amenity for residents. Vertical zinc cladding and buff coloured brickwork was used to construct the newly built elements whilst also being used to revitalise the existing elevations.
