Although Brocklehurst Architects will manage the work of other consultants, it is usual for the client to be responsible for their appointment.

There are some situations however when it is expedient for Brocklehurst Architects to appoint sub-consultants directly. Typically this will include cost consultancy at the feasibility stage of a project, limited structural engineering and interior or landscape design.

We will always advise our clients if additional services are required for their projects which we are not able to provide, and assist in their selection as necessary.
