Brocklehurst Architects endeavour to ensure that the various pressures and constraints that may affect the design and construction of buildings do not compromise design quality. Architects are champions of good and thoughtful design and uniquely among construction professionals have specific aesthetic design training. We ensure that our clients, planners and other professionals receive the benefit of that expertise and experience.

As a practice we do not promote a house style other than to ensure that all our projects are functional, respond positively to their context and are long lasting through the use of good materials and detailing. Awards for our work range from the Chilterns Design Award for a single private house in a Conservation Area to the Concrete Society Award for a 6,000 square metre sustainable corporate headquarters building.
