In accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007, Brocklehurst Architects’ sister company Praxis BA acts as CDM Co-ordinator for projects even where Brocklehurst Architects are not involved.

The role of CDM Co-ordinator, which is applicable to most non-domestic construction projects, is to ensure that the Health and Safety of construction workers and users of buildings is considered at every stage. The aim is to identify that hazards and associated risks are managed effectively, particularly during the design stages of a project. Praxis BA provides a professional and cost effective service which adds value for the client.
