Every project is managed by a qualified architect who has day to day responsibility for all aspects of the job and is the dedicated point of contact for the rest of the design team and the client. As a practice we take full responsibility for the management of the rest of the design team including recommendations for the appointment of outside consultants and their scope of service. Our project management systems focus on effective communication, risk management and the creation of a professional, enthusiastic and mutually supportive team.
